CODE OF CONDUCT:

• Represent Ottawa Impact FC with integrity. 

• Respect the laws of the game

• Respect the game officials
• Respect the opposing players
• Respect the opposing team’s officials
• Respect your team’s officials
• Respect your teammates
• Respect the coaching staff
• Respect the spectators
• Respect yourself

OIFC PLAYER EXPECTATIONS:

• I agree to arrive at the training facility at least 20 minutes before the scheduled start time or notify the necessary staff of any foreseen tardiness.
• I agree to arrive at the game facility at least 40 minutes before the scheduled start time or notify the necessary staff of any foreseen tardiness.
• I agree to always wear the club-provided uniforms when participating in a club-organized event such as training or games.
• I agree to always have the necessary equipment present with me to participate in my team's scheduled events. (ie. shin pads, cleats, uniform)
• I agree to pay the entirety of the outlined program fees according to the fee schedule.
• I agree that if I want to be released from the club anytime during the season, I will need to pay full program fees. 
• I agree to always notify the club representatives of any absence or tardiness that may occur by text or through the club’s communication platform (ie. Spond)

FINES:

• I understand that failure to comply with any of the above-mentioned expectations will result in a financial fine for each repeated offence.
• I understand that the fine is to be paid within two weeks from the date of the offence.
• I assume responsibility for all Yellow and Red card fines
• I assume responsibility for all league suspension fines

LIABILITY AGREEMENT:

I understand the inherent risk of participating in the club activities and hereby waive all claims against OTTAWA IMPACT FOOTBALL CLUB ( İstanbul Spor), its employees or other persons affiliated with the organization, from injuries sustained as a participant or while travelling to/from a game.

I voluntarily assume all risks and accept full responsibility for any injury, illness, damage, loss,

or expense incurred through participation in OIFC programming (“Claims”). I release and hold harmless OTTAWA IMPACT FOOTBALL CLUB and its representatives from all liabilities and expenses arising therefrom. 

I grant permission to OTTAWA IMPACT FC, its affiliated marketing agencies, and authorized staff to promote and market the player across all social media platforms and related promotional materials. I understand I will not be compensated for such use, but I give full authorization for promotional purposes. 

I give to Ottawa Impact FC (Istanbul Spor) , its employees, and those acting with its permission, my permission to take photos and videos of me and to use them for commercial purposes. I understand that I will not be paid for the photographs and have no rights to them. I am participating as a volunteer. I hereby waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product. I release OTTAWA IMPACT FOOTBALL CLUB, its officers, employees and agents from any claims of harm and liability as a result of using or distributing these photos or videos.
